Elective Courses for International Students

The elective training has been designed in various pattern from 2 weeks to 6 weeks, flexible seasons during year (from spring to winter), and multi-disciplinary fields with at least 2 weeks in one specialty. You can choose 2 departments if your internship period is in 4 weeks or more.

At University Medical Center (UMC)

Note: The following departments will require an additional hospital fee, as these services will take place at our affiliate hospital: Pediatrics, Infectious Diseases, and Tropical Medicine

Payment

Cash VND on arrival

Exchange rate is based on Vietcombank.

Housing

Students will be responsible for arranging their own accommodation.

We suggest you find places in district 5 or 4, near our university and hospital.

Students can use tourist VISA for elective at UMP.
